Trust your mind, body, and the connection between them as the intelligent organizing system they already are. That's what this work is, remembering what has always lived within you.
We met in social work school. We didn't know it yet, but our paths had been orbiting one another for most of our lives. Then we built the thing we needed and couldn’t find.
By the time we found each other, we had already been doing our own work. Disrupting cycles that had been running in our families for generations. Coming back to the parts of ourselves we were taught to hide. We alchemized what we'd been carrying and then turned that process outward, helping others do the same.
We all enter this life with two tasks: healing our part of the intergenerational line we were born into, and connecting with our purpose. Both are deeply and directly connected to one another. Life, relationships, and situations will continue to move you towards healing and integrating these lessons whether you are a conscious participant or not.
Maybe you're the one in your family who feels everything and makes connections others around you can't sense or won't acknowledge. Maybe you're the one who gets blamed, or the one whose identity the people closest to you refuse to understand. And maybe after years of that, you started to wonder if something was wrong with you.
